Neon Srt4 Concept bumper...where can I find one?

I have seen some neons with that bumper. Where can I find one? I have checked ebay but it is not there.

that bumper was never made although you can get an srt4 bumper and you will have to use a soldering gun and some body skillz and cut it a little bit.

what you saw was probably the SRT-D bumper with mopar lips

SRT-4 Concept Bumper:
Its available for sale through Howell Automotive, and its not a design bumper as seen in the image below.

SRT Design Bumper:
Similar, but it has a different grille opening (a bit more rounded) and no "lower lip". Though this one has the mopar lip kit added to it:
