tail light removal

so i've been trying to figure out for the last hour how to remove them, how do i ddo it nothing is working.?

look in trunk behind the carpet. see the three black things? unscrew those. take out bulbs. pull on tails. done :)

I wondered the same thing, as it's not mentioned in the Haynes manual. So I decided to just take the three nuts off and the tails basically just fell out.

if you have the kicker sub you need to take the torx screw out of it and then the three black things

Like they said. Really easy. Shouldnt take more than 15 mins. A little more if you have the kicker sub.

yeah, this is by far the easiest thing to do on our cars. It took me literally 5 minutes to change the bulbs.

Don't worry if they don't "fall out." Since you've never taken them out, they're probably stuck pretty tight, just from the sealant. Just go out in an open area and give 'em a good yank. :lol:

Really - if you're to blind to see the 3 screws for the taillights --> better let someone else repair your car!
