Just save yourself the trouble and get fiberglass ones. Vinyl can be a PITA to get right. Carbon by Design sells them in fiberglass.

you can buy spray cans of your paint color from dodge dealerships for like $7.

They come in silver kevlar, carbon fiber and unpainted fiberglass with a gel coat. There are people who supposedly paint them for you, but you could have a shop paint them cheap enough.
Go with the fiberglass....its much higher quality.

No they don't. Unless you install the S-style vinyl ones too low there are no issues.

They should, Not much of a difference with the modern projectors and the stock headlights

Yes, I'm sure. I have one sitting like 3 feet away. But now that youmention it, both the spray cans and touch-up tubes I've gotten were both $7 each. I have the projector headlights and I am runnin cf shorties. It wasn't 100% fit but it was decent.
