looking to do the civic lip but need help

i know this has been covered alot of times but i was wondering wat the best lip is to use from the jdm side of things civic or integra lip i personally like the teg lip but i dont know what year to get.someone fill me in on the year that fits..here is wat im working with so far:
01 whitene0ns stock bumpers w/ fogs

well that was short well i already got the bumpers in my friends garage for 2 bumpers $50 it pays to know people and what else would i need to complete this..?

to my knowledge i need the following but i dont know the year of the lip from the teg:
jdm teg lip year ? (someone tell me)
heat gun
screws to hold it
for the rear:
r/t lip kit but that bolts up

thread jacks ftw naw jk..um to my knowledge and seeing pics of the type r lip it fits up their really nice with minor work..ill have to start a project log when i start this :/
