well im guessing u have never even messed with bodykits or anything.speedballer4life wrote:With the price being as low as it is, a was just worried it may not be real durable. I'm thinking of getting either this or a mopar lip kit and srt hood
there lets see fiberglass and then urethane fiberglass well that what my front is not and everytime i hit something hard it either cracks or brakes off. now for urthethane its suppose to be like plastic more durable bendable and reliable. but theres only like 2 fronts out there made out of urethane and one is well the evo front and then another one i cant think of rite now.
urethane cost way more than fiberglass.
also the price for that kit u see on the link isnt with shipping im sure they will charge u an extra $150 to $200 for shipping because a freight truck has to deliver it.
so before everyone else tells you, ill let u know they are probably going to advise you to go with a lip kit since whats what most people on here have.

Do You drink before posting? lolthere lets see fiberglass and then urethane fiberglass well that what my front is not and everytime i hit something hard it either cracks or brakes off
I do Know a little bit about body kits, I was just looking for some feedback on this one. I've seen urethane kits for other cars that are extremely thin and fall apart easily, I would never get a fiberglass kit because of how easily they break. I do have a question tho, the site says it's made of FRP Composite, i've read this is a pretty high quality material but haven't had any personal experience with it.
More than likely I will probably get the mopar kit, but I saw this and it just got me thinkin.

If you think that you are going to pay 300 for a full body kit and expect it to fit correctly and look good you are far from correct.
It is a knock off. And AAS is a known shitty dealer. Go somehwere else. Do a search on AAS. You will see all the bad dealings they do.

If its made of something other than a urethane, you need to be VERY careful with it and how you drive with it. It will crack easily.
I looked around a bit though, and found it on another site available in what this company is calling "V-Fiber". They are claiming it is better than urethane. I don't know...no experience with it, but if you really want it, its worth a try:

Not true at all. You should see some of the shit I hit. My whole kit is fiberglass.LilSparkPlug wrote:If its made of something other than a urethane, you need to be VERY careful with it and how you drive with it. It will crack easily.
l
I made a vid once. As long as you get quality then it will hold up good.
Found it. That piece is from my official legit buddyclub II side skirts. I had to cut mine down so I could have my car go lower. That is why I have a piece. That piece has been painted and had been on the car for about 2 months before I shot this vid.
So all in all. Buy quality legit kits. NOT knockoffs. My front bumper has held up to alot of abuse.

I just saw that body kit and hadn't seen it on a neon before.
I thought it might be cheaply made, that's why I posted the originaly post guys ; )

Wrong. it is a a knock off of another kit. AAS is a terrible dealer. I am no telling him to like a different kit. I am saving him the hassel of getting shit or not getting it at all.fresh04neon wrote: that one u had on the link wasnt cheaply made i mean thats an actual dealer for bodykits and stuff like i got mine from ebay for $100 and $200 shipping so yeah.
