i bought a set of the modern/ebay projectors and retrofitted a set of Bosch E46 projectors into those, they're better, but still not satisfactory for me. I now have a set of TL projectors and new replacement headlights to do a retro with.....
Hands down retrofits are THE BEST front lighting for your car......if you can afford it.

I finished mine a few weeks back. Im pulling them back apart because i bought a pair of e-55 bi xenons. These are singles. I also swapped the 4300k bulbs for 3000k in my fog lights since the photos were taken. A retro is much better than sticking a ricer kit in the ebay projectors or stock headlights.

Due to the fact there are SO many projectors you could choose, here is a general how to:
1. Buy a set of DEPO headlights or similar aftermarket replacements.
2. Buy projectors of your choice...TLs are the best but expensive and not always available.
3. Open up the headlight in your oven, 210 degrees for 10 minutes.
4. Use a drill to drill 3 holes in back of housings where the reflector mounting screws are to.
5. Unscrew and remove reflectors.
6. Decide if you will use adjuster assembly.
7. Figure out how you are going to mount the projectors.
8. Mount them. Make sure that they are level, this will take test fitting to get it right.
9. Fabricate or buy a set of shrounds and mount them.
10. Put them on the car and aim them.
11. Take them off and put the lenses back on, heating them up again will help.
12. Enjoy
