A buddy of mine is making them for me. Hes never done eyelids before so its pretty much trial and error. Its been like 2 months and weve only done 1 layer.

The process aint hard at all. after teh first mold i realized where i fucked up. i only used masking tape to cover the lens and some of the resin seeped between the overlaps of the tape. te resin pretty much rubbed off. If u kno how to mix liquor and soda mixinfg resin is the same you jus need to actually measure your amounts. And wen your laying down the glass mat tear it apart into roughly about 2X2in pieces. I should do a how to wen mine get done... Im sure someone here has done it before.

I'm currently in the process of making mines.

All taped and wrapped up.

Fiberglassed

Cutting and sanding the fiberglass makes a mess

Test fitting
Both side has been glassed and only the passenger side and been cut. Next will be the filler and all the paint stuff.
I may post a how-to thread with the steps I used to do it.
EDIT: I did the fiberglass BEFORE putting the projectors on the car. Much easier that way.
