headlamp question

i just changed to the 03 front and used the same bulbs i had in my 02 headlights, and it looks like my brights are on when they aren't. I get flashed every time a car passes why are they so bright?

03+ lights are pretty bright stock, especially with good bulbs. I get flashed with stock housings and Silverstar ultras all the time. Did you check to see if the highbeam works? If they do, then there's no problem. Check the adjustment per the FSM and you're good.
