I didn't need a whole lot of 3M tape... well.. nearly a whole roll, but ya. I don't get why people ask these questions. Just.. make it happen. Obviously the lip's too big for the Neon bumper, so common sense would say "cut in half". Holes don't match up, so "dremel new screw holes".
