srt-4 swap?

i have a 2000 chrysler neon 2.0 16 valve. Well im looking at putting srt-4 neon front end swap... so that would be front bumper, healights, rear tail lights, and rear bumper, and hood. is this possible? is it all bolt on? any info would be awsome!

actually, none of it will work unless you have the srt-4 motor. so you should probably start with that.

i know . but i wanna throw the exterior bumpers and front end etc before i swap the engine etc.
thatss why im asking if it would just bolt on my 2000 chrysler neon 2.0... i know it does on the dodge... but would a 2000 chrysler be same as the dodge neon 2.0 for bolting on the srt-4 bumper and lights etc...

Like Anthony said, the motor has to be in before it'll work. I know, I had to learn this swap the hard way. I too have a 2000

It will bolt right up. But if your going to take off the bumpers... just leave them off until the swap is done. this way you don't have to worry about damage to the front bumper.

so prety much i can swap all on...all bolt on, but if im swapping the srt-4 engine to wait because once i have body kit on motor etc wont fit without taking them off correct?

It wont matter man. We're just jerkin' yer chain. Swap exterior, swap motor, hell, swap interior! It doesn't matter what order. The exterior will bolt on. Pulling an engine shouldn't really require you to disassemble the body.

lol.... thanks guys. im new to this forum... but yah i useeeeeeee to drive a honda accord all done up to the max....just picked up the neon a day ago.
and for swapping... yah you guys got me! i have no clue on this neon, so just throwing some ideas out here. anyways, ill check this forum out and hopefully i dont get reemed agian

actually... i was being serious. If you are going to take the front bumper off the car that the motor will be going into, you might as well not put the SRT bumper on right away since you are going to have to mount the intercooler and run the piping.

yah for sure ill post the pics . ill do it asap when i have a second.
ill update you on another thing. Its a really nice car everyone loves it around the city where i live..., but few days ago ball joint nut broke and yah... after that happened, go into a car accident... so the honda is in repair...
broke balljoints, upper control arms, tie rods, axles (pulled from tranny) and thats all i noticed so far, but i bet ill have to do some tuning somewhere.
when this happened whole car slammed to the ground and balljoint poped off and broke whole suspension and i hit a lil 99 neon lol....had no contrrol, rim was jammed into my fender, and it was like a roller coaster trying to get control of car.
anyways. ill try to post some pics in this thread of car...

hmm i say 2g's for everything i take payments too! lol but i wont ship the motor till its pay off or u can pick up either so 2G's for everything on running condition!

when i purchased the neon wife liked it.... i told her well you should see the car when its done! what she doesnt know i kinda did my research on the neons/ swapping
....she was not happy... but she will be after... i think its just the money issue's with the wife. lol... oh welll give it few yrs... shud be all done ready for the track...st.thomas/ grandbend....and well show the v8's!
