Need red bulb

Got a question on outside appearance modifications. Questions about body kits, exterior lighting, just anything thats a visual mod on the "exterior" of the car. Ask those questions here.

Got a clear 3rd brake light from Contagious18. Now I need a red bulb for it and I can't find one anywhere here. Tried all the parts stores in town and no luck.
I don't skinny dip. I chunky dunk!

It's a standard 906/921 type bulb. Get an LED. I have a red bulb, and it went from pink to white. Unless you can find one that has the color in the glass, it will fade. I just have to get motivated to buy a red LED one from one of the sites listed on here. You will want a wide angle/multi led type. None of the local stores carry red, only amber, or blue, or green...... :banghead:

hmm i have a red led one on my underhood light. got it at autozone in the ricer section.

You can use a 192 socket red led bulb too.

Yeah I made the mistake by getting one at autozone and it turned out to be pink... Got an LED one on eBay and its bright red. Just search it on eBay. 192 LED

the LED bulb would be the easiest I did this, removed the buld and just attached this inside...alarm LED scanner... I also found this on clearance in a ricer section at some store a while ago.
