im looking to brighting my halo's

i have a 05 sxt blaze red that i would like to change the halo's brighter...i dont know which size to buy...or if its a just a quick and easy job...i would like to have them bright as possible...thanks for you help if ya can help me out.

where can i buy them and size please and is the job pretty easy to do

you need to take out the bulb/silicone plug on the bottom of the halo. There you will find two 5mm leds. Basically just have to copy whats there. Their leds light output usually stinks so I recomend oznium.com they have prewired and regular 5mm leds that will work for your application. Basically the same for your fog halos if you do them. If you doo just the led make ure you put a resistor inline as not to burn them out. The prewired ones already have that done for you.

Or you could get LED rings, or CCFL Rings from Need4Speed over at srtforums

Yea that requires taking apart the headlamp assy doesnt it?? It does look bright as hell at night though.

I favor the glowing ring myself plus its only two leds. If I had more time I would do it the other way
