how to fix a rust rotted rocker panel?

IDK if tool rentals carry welders. A welding supply place might tho. I know one of the local ones here will.

hmm... idk i guess ill have to call around there isnt many places near me that rents tools so i guess ill start there. my brother in law could weld it for me at his work, but i have seen his welding skills ( and he went to school for welding etc) and i have no experience other then in tech class in high school, and i weld better then him

The home depot I work at does not rent welders, but I think some do. wouldnt hurt to check!

the closest home depot is like over 50 miles one way from me. thinking i might have to just buy one tractor supply has one for $199 more good enough for what i will be doing with it.! or if im lucky maybe i can get my g/fs dad to weld them in this weekend, they have a mig welder at the town barn ( he works for the town highway dept.) hmmm.... if not the only other options are rivet them in and then use seam sealer? the side skirts are gonna cover them anyways and i dont ever plan on taking the skirts off.
