I'm lost. They totally make the exact same thing for 2G's (as Gonzo posted). That pic of the 1G lamps casts the reflector in shadow, and that's what makes the lamp look so dark. On all three lamps (1G, 2G, Caliber), the non-reflector parts are black. The reflectors are just much bigger on the 2G.

Ebay has a ton of black housing headlights for 03
+ Neons. Each listing though has a different picture. Some of them make it look like its darker, but its actually the exact same.

I BELIEVE THEY ARE ALL CHROME INSIDE BUT THEY ARE TINTED DATS WHY DEY LOOK SO DARK

No, they aren't tinted. The reflectors are just cast in shadow. You can clearly see that the image is lit from the left side. That means that shadows fall on the reflectors. A better shot would show just how bright the reflector bowls really are.

Got mine today. I went with RokuCreation since they were the cheapest with shipping. Love em, but the headlight gaskets do indeed suck. Waiting til Spring before I put them on.
