Hey i have a 2000 neon but with 2003 neon headlights front bumpers and i just got my halo foglights but how do i wire them up?

look under the "exterior" section of mods and there you will find the answer...

Fixed for yah.Hey i have a 2000 neon but with 03 style headlights and the 03 style front fascia. I just got my halo foglights and I was curious on how to wire them up
You have the eBay projector fogs? For the halo ring tap into your side marker wiring. black/yellow = power. black = ground. As for the H3c bulb you are can hook it up like stock but its not recommended for the factory wire harness due to the amps it puts out. Hook it up to a relay.
