sculpt a peice of styrofoam to fit in it, use that as a mold, it can't be that hard

Agreed. Cover that area of the bumper with masking tape to prevent damaging the paint, wedge the foam in the cutout, then use a long blade or string to cut the foam to the contour of the bumper.

Of course that makes it sound easy, but that's the basic steps of it. There's been a few people talking about vacuform tables lately, and zorneo or whatever his name his has actually been making stuff.

in the link OB posted the guy who made them quit making them because it cost too much to make them with all the labor and stuff but i still might end up making them if people are interested in them...i just need to figure out how they mount to the bumper or find a way to mount them

also he posted that he was selling the molds to them so i PM'd him about them and i am waiting for a reply, i may just end up building a vacuform table this weekend if i have enough time and try to make some

I don't think he was selling the molds, just would make some if the price was right. He was making them from fiberglass, so a vacuum formed one would be much less labor, once a mold was made to form to. Multiple molds would be better, as you could form prolly 10 pcs. at a time on a fair sized former.

ah ok makes sense lol but yeah i thinking the same thing about multiple molds, it would be much more cost effective to make a few at one time than waste all of that acrylic
