pulling door moldings

hey guys i no im not the only one the problem so what is every body doing when they pull the moldings off and the 3m tape pulls some clear or thos little bubbles under paint.

If the paint under the moldings is damaged, you can either put them back on or repaint the doors. Simple as that.

there has to be a better way i know this is a problem for most

No... there really isn't. Either repaint it, or put them back on. It's not magic.

lol bubbles are not good. Mine come out OK just the paint fade. There's no way to deal with bubbles...

There may be better ways of removing them, in terms of preventing damage, but once the paint/clear is damaged, it needs to be redone. Kind of a universal piece of common knowledge about paint...

yea, one time this topic was posted about in the past... the issue seemed to be when, at the the factory, they put on the molding...if the paint was cured longer... those cars the molding seemed to come off without damaging the paint... if the paint was not cured all the way, those were the cars where damage occurs when it is removed.... no wayy to tell untill ya try it.
