Sand it and see what's underneath, a reputable body man could probably fix it fairly cheap without painting your whole car

Or have someone experienced with a buffer use some heavy cut cleaner to buff the spray paint off. Might be a little safer than wet sanding.

Must of got a good deal on the car.

Take it to a couple body shops and get quotes.

Wet sanding on most factory paints is a no-no. I'd try some compound with a terry applicator, or seeing if an experienced person with a rotary and some compound can do anything. If not, find a body shop.

I'll stick with the pros doing it. Don't want to take a chance. I got the car at 59K miles for little less then 3 grand.

If you had experience using a buffer, you could do it yourself, but I'll assume you don't, so yeah, paying someone to do it will be the cheapest option.
