fog lights fit? dam u porkupine!

Well my car got into a fight with a porkupine last night n now i need a new fog light...luckly that was all it hurt. now i cant fine one for the life of me but the wreckers arround here have a 01 and 02 neon with a fog but not a 00. My neon is a 00 and apparently only the 00 fogs will fit...this true? they refuse to sell me a 01 or 02 cyz there computer says it wont fit a 00...

00 and 01 fogs are the same. 02 are different, those workers dont know anything past their computer screen. Demand they give you the 01 foglights.

^This is true regarding regular neons.

But if you found an R/T neon, then the 01 and 02 R/T fogs are the same as the 02 regular neon fogs. There were no 00 R/T neons so every 00 fog is the same.

Prolly why they stand by not selling an'01 for an '00, because they don't want to take the time to separate R/T from non, even tho an '01 R/T won't fit an '01 SE/ES. No one said they were the sharpest.

Just tell them you need them for an '01 SE. Don't mention '00 at all.
