If you plan on using fog lights, yes. If not, no.

Thanks. I didnt think it would need it since the car came with fog lights from the factory.

They're in a completely different location in the bumper on an SXT vs SRT/SRT-D. So if you want to retain them you either need an SRT washer bottle or to heat yours and hope it doesn't melt. There is one for sale on SRTForums right now for about $15 I think.
