Remove lights via screws behind trunk wall carpet
Clean lenses with denatured alcohol
Put tailights on level painting surface lense facing straight up
Spray very light horizontal coats
apply as many coats as u see fit for darkness, but gauge darkness away from direct light, the reflective areas in the tails can be decieving and u can always get darker, just harder to lighten up lol

Very easy
Also some ppl prefer to use clear coat over the nightshade. Ive done several sets of taillight for many different cars and get a very glossy finish everytime and havent had any "wear" issues and its been approx 4 years since the first set and they still look great.

As with any painting, alot of the sucess is in the prep work
Also you should only need one can.
