Question (1) Can a hood which is intended for an 03+ be installed on an 00-02 Neon? I would assume so since every other exterior part is pretty much interchangeable.

Question (2) Has any one had any experience with Seibon Carbon and possibly the hood in question? Build quality? Clear coat fading/cracking etc.? Ideally I wanted an IP2 hood but the shipping costs to UK are insane (and that's excluding import TAX) then I have to worry about it being damaged during shipping as well. The hood in question is stocked in the UK by Seibon's official UK arm. So it would save me quite a bit of money if I bought it, it would also give me that extra piece of mind knowing that it is not being bashed on a ship somewhere coming to the UK. Even though I want the IP2 hood I would settle for the Seibon GT if everything works out better.

Thanks Jeff, I seen your first response I think that was picking at the very minute differences . To be honest as long as the bolts line up the same, I will be happy!

Yeah my first response was me just rambling. Figured you were just looking for a direct response. The bolts will line up perfectly.
