Those are lip spoilers? Don't look like it.
What are they made of and how much prep are they going to need when you get it? Make sure you look into these things because after all - You get what you pay for. Cheaper fiberglass (which I'm assuming the $30 one is made of) will warp and crack within a couple years. Do your research on the company/brands...

Yeah, I did a search on 1995-2002 Cavy spoilers and came up with those two. Now that I look closely to them both, they pretty much look the same, but the bottom one doesn't have the light. Hell with it, I'm ordering it!

Looks a little small on your car...

Not sure what it is... Maybe it's the fact that it's still not painted.

throw some filler on the seams... that way its molded on to the trunk lid.

Ahhhhh yes... That would help, too.

Hmmm... True. So, I was just thinking... That whole 'lip spoiler' just sticks on with 3M tape? Seems a little scary.

When I first got the scoop on my hood (it's still on the pic in the sig), I was gonna make it functional. Things happen, and that fell through. So I just sat it there with 3M tape. Believe me, it holds very well. When I took it off, it was the biggest pain in the ass. And yes, I used a heat gun/hair dryer and it was still a pain.

I don't know if I really want to stick it on with tape or bolt it down...it does have holes in the spoiler for the screws, but I really don't want to put holes in my trunk either...

Yeah, I seem to remember you saying part of the reason you bought it was to save drilling holes in your trunk...

But if he already has the holes from his stock spoiler... I've used quite a few things with 3M tape (I've had fake hood scoops before, too) but I dunno if I could trust taping a spoiler on... There's a
LOT of moving air wreaking havoc on them... Especially one of that size that sits on the edge of the trunk. Totally up to him, though.... Just concerned for those people behind you on the interstate.

I've never had a stock spoiler...the car didn't come with a spoiler and this will be it's first...the SPOILER has holes in it...not the trunk.

Myself? I'd utilize those holes in the spoiler.
