Hey Im lookin into the CBD shorty eyelids for my 01 neon. I know they line up exactly one the fender, but a tad off on the front by the turn signal (looked at a pic jackie posted). I was wondering if i should get he cf ones or the fiberglass ones. I dont plan on getting a cf hood, but i was thinking of painting the cg over the cf. but i dunno i think just buying the fiberglass and just painting them cg (i found cg in a spray can so im just gunna do really good prep work and paint them that way) i think it would be a waste to have them done professionally

if youre gonn paint em, it could go either way. id go with CF just cuz its way cooler than fiberglass. they sent me the shorties on accident, and they fit perfectly lined up with the hood and fender seamlessly. keep in mind that the 03+ srt/neon lights are what these are designed for, so the 00-02 will differ im sure. the shorties are ok if u like the way they match the seams, but they dont look very mean. my s-types make it look evil, which is why i like em!

I personally HATE the s style eyelids, they just dont flow. Mine are only off by a hair, not enough for anyone to notice unless they are looking for it.

if the fiberglass ones are cheaper: 1) send me a link either way because ive never seen them and id like soem for my 02 2) just get them and paint them yourself

if not, just get the CBD ones, no one is going to notice if they are a hair off.

sc- CBD makes both cf and fiberglass versions of almost everything they sell. i think thats what he meant. they werent the least bit off on my car like i said when i fitted em. i still think they arent nearly as sexy

aaaah andysauto sport discontintued CG (PLB), anyone know where to get cans cheap? lowest ive found is 20 per can.

i know this will probely be a shot in the dark but people over on srtforums sell them all the times shortys and S-style for around 75 that were i get mine from... just figured i put that out there.

i cant get them anyways b.c I have no way of painting them b/c dodge discontined cinnamon glaze...asshats

u could get a paint shop to mix some up and put it in a spray can, or get a shop to just do them. shouldnt cost too much

i found a website that mixes it for 25 per spray can...im just gunna do that
