The headlights were purchased new and they are DEPO units. I have tested the units and both bulbs and igniters work great. Light output is awesome with a nice sharp cutoff. A simple harness will need to be made in order to use the high and low beam function, I have never tested the high and low beam but when I purchased the projectors they were in like new condition.

I don't think I quite understand that...

Hmm this gives me a template when I do mine later one.. Already have the Bi-xenon housings and the HID kit.. just need some time to do it...
