carbonbydesign.com, they also have them in fiberglass. Don't know about polyurethane though.

I only recall seeing urethane eyelids from a vendor at SRTforums, I think... I know they're not as popular as the fiberglass, because I would imagine that they'd cost more.

Can I ask why polyurethane eyelids? What is the big difference between them and just reg. fiberglass or cf?

I know the material is stronger, but eyelids arent put trhough THAT harsh of treatment....

I just got some silverstars and installed them. And at first I didnt think they was much of a difference but it is growing on me that they are compared to what I had. But what I am wondering is.....if I got eyelids, would it help knock down on some of the glare that I have projected out? I have a fairly decent cutoff with the silverstars(not sure how), but the little glare that I do have...I was wondering if I got teh top blocked off if it would cut the glare down even more. Just wondering.

With my custom eyelids, I haven't noticed any decrease in my light output at all, but I'm not sure about any of the others out there.

well what about the glare. That is really what I am asking about. If you beam it on a building...do you still have the glare above the cutoff line or does it cut down on the glare a little bit. If I can get a picture I will show you what I mean.

My sharp cutoff line disappeared when I put aftermarket headlight bulbs in... The Texon blue looking cool bulbs.
