Not sure if anyone else has this, or if it is just because of my rank, but I noticed that a good amount of the Buy/Sell forums I do not have the required permissions for.

IIRC, you need at least 40 posts to sell stuff on the forum, but not sure about viewing stuff that is for sale.
This was mostly due to scammers.
Since you are nearly halfway there, and have a PL, Jason might change your status for you. I don't believe I have that capability, at least i didn't see any options to do it.
I personally don't see you as a risk.
