Cant view For sale forums?

i cant see cars or parts for sale.... what gives?

Most likely you need at least 40 posts to view or post in the for sale section.
Or if you can bring up the posts, the posts are so old, the picture links are broken.

Yeah, the 40 post thing is a bit tough. I’ve been trying to keep posts on topic, but with the level of site traffic there’s no much new stuff to respond to.

One of the reasons I signed up was hoping to be able to find parts for the car, but I’ve been here a month now & am only 90% of the way to the 40 post mark.

Well, finally made my 40th post today. I go to check the For Sale sections & see this.
I can’t see the Parts, Other, WTB sections, but can see the vehicles FS.
What’s up with that?

I don't see where I have the ability to activate what a user can and cannot see.
Since the forum reboot, the format on a lot of stuff has changed. Basically as a Jr. Admin, I don't really have too many more tools available than I did as a Moderator.
I don't know if the privileges automatically update, or how it currently works.
But in all honesty, you are not missing out on much.

ACR BBS Wheels - Great shape, straight, no rash, need to be refinished. 2 good tires. Just bought these with the intent to refinish and run on my car -300
15” Drag Radials on Steel wheels - wheels are mint, tires have plenty of passes left on them. -200
18x7 5Zigen FN01R-c with like new tires - this is a very strong, lightweight wheel.
Paint has chipped in some areas, but still look very nice. 18x7 5x100 et35 I think -700
DC rear strut brace - 50
BNIB R/T side skirts w/hardware. Will fit SRT as well, just don't run the door trim. Currently blaze red. Prob the last set NIB in the world! -120
Export tails w/ turn signal pig tails - 80
Export grill (OE) with emblem - 80
Export grill with non stock emblem -40
Dodge grill - needs paint, emblem edges were sanded down to accept an SRT4 sized gauge - 20
Trunk with mid rise spoiler - excellent conditon - 60
Trunk with SRT spoiler - excellent condition - 120
Full set of seals (door/trunk/etc) 3600 miles on them - 40
Window trim - misc pieces, one damaged, the rest are in really nice shape - 40 all
Custom dash pad with 3 gauge pod - 60
Export gauge cluster - 80
Headlights - pulled apart when I was doing my retrofit, I used these for parts, that’s all they’re good for now... free - not worth shipping
Flat hood - Perfect condition, bracing was cut (clean) for a DOHC motor - 50
Radio Delete Plate drilled for gauges - 15
Lower switch plate with trac control button - 15 ea
2002 Neon Fogs - Glass lenses, with brackets, great shape... housings were painted to match racoon headlights on an R/T. Really nice, hard to find, with an extra lens/bracket. 60
SRT-4 Lower Timing Belt Cover - BNIB - 15
SRT-4 Exhaust manifold flange - For building custom exhaust manifold - 40
Battery blanket/insulator - 5?

As you can see, there isn't a ton of activity here. Or how much of that is still around.

I have like 12 posts, and I can view the FS stuff. Must be grandfathered in. My guess the difficulty had to do with the forum crash and reset.

Nothing has changed there since I copied the above posts. At this point, it only matters if you want to sell something, and about 5 people are going to look at it, so unless you have something really rare, or some mundane item that someone just happens to need at that moment, you probably aren't going to find a buyer very soon.
I don't know why it will not let you view that section, and unless Jason ever gets back to you, it probably isn't going to get resolved.
At this point, even though the "rules" forbid it, if you want to sell something, I would just post it in your project log for now, since you have met the requirements.
