Board crashing?

Getting this error:

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not connect to the database

And would have to refresh a coule of times before the forum responds.

I was getting it last week, so it should be interesting to figure out why it's doing it.

I'll open a ticket with the host to see if I can track down the problem.

Problem should be nearly fixed. The host has been seeing this issue and is working with the phpBB developers to permanently fix the issue.

Please let me know if anyone is still experiencing this problem.
