noob in PA

i am 16 live in PA a couple hours from carlisle. i just bought an 02 base neon for $2,500 (not bad for 30,000 miles 
) My plans for this car is first to get a volant cai (like an iceman) then probly get a set of ADR J-Sprint rims wrapped in Nitto NT NeoGen ZR along the way i`m sure i`ll have to put in a system after that some type of exhaust and headers then if money permits maybe a turbo...maybe

it dosent look like it is in garage or my sig, but the air suspension is still there

Hey welcome to 2gn, Im with dblsg on the lowering, makes a huge difference in the look of our cars, mines a dd and its never been a problem even in winter, but just an opinion if its not your thing then do it up the way you want its your ride have fun with it!
