my first neon was a fully loaded 02 sxt. name was lil red. wish i still had her...she was better than my silver car by a mile! but I didn't have it a month! So devastating.

I love the 2002 neons, I think they look the best (and i have a 2002 myself, ofcourse :D )

If your car is an automatic (ATX) be careful about excess spinning in the snow. It will cook the trans in a very short time.

I'm 5'2...lol. I am short. I don't have the hearts anymore. After the accidnet, I wasn't about to wash them. They were covered in glass and soda...but so was I. That little car was amazingly strong in the accident. Because I was hit by a Jeep Cherrokee going 60+, in my drivers side. And I basically walked away. I got knocked out for a bit, but that was about it. No real damage to me. All the guys that got me out of my car were amazed and even showed the nurses in the ER pictures of my car and they were like "OMG NO WAY" So our neons were made pretty damn good, in my opinion.

You didn't get any real damage to you..you got knocked out...I am a firefighter and that is a very good indication to some brain injuries lol. Being knocked out means your brain was violently slammed into your skull lol. That isn't good; But I could be wrong lol...(just kiddin with you)

But glad you were ultimately ok..got any pics of the damages still?

Welcome to the 2gn nation. I also live in NY and the snow sucks for modified cars and taking public transportation when it snows, not to damage your car ,sucks even more.. :lol:
