no excuses but actually I saw webkris post up about his 2Gen neon rally build and thought I really should join... then I searched the member list and damn... I already had joined!! a long time ago!!
so, I am Jack S. from Temecula CA, I am a Mopar parts guy and I have a 2Gen Neon rally car with pre-production SRT4 running gear... it was built as a Mopar SCCA Pro-Rally car back in 2001/2002 and run as part of the 5 or 6 Mopar rally cars back when Dodge liked to rally
I have owned it since 2006 when I bought if from a Chrysler engineer and trucked it to Calif. I rally-xed it for a few years on the SoCal rally-x circuit and have been competing (after Kris and his wife repeatedly insisted that I try it ) in stage rally for the past 2 years of so in the California Rally Series.
