Welcome to the forum.

To post a picture, make sure you have a host (photobucket, your own domain, imageshack) and upload it there. Once it's up there, just put the direct link in between [ img ] [ /img ] but without the spaces (ex: [ img ] www.johnyr.net/car/sig.png [ /img ])
