Where do you hook up evap line after swap ?

Doing a SRT-4 Motor swap into your Neon, maybe even a 2.4... have questions about it, what you'll need or what issues you'll run into? Answers can be found in here.

Where do you hook up evap line after swap ?

Post by Blackyblack » Wed Apr 16, 2008 9:41 am

Me & my friend did the SRT-4 swap yesterday on a 2000 Neon , every thing is pluged in where it should be exept the evap line that goes to the evap canister , on my Neon it was going to the intake manifold , where does it go now on the SRT-4 engine , do I just T it into the intake manifold , also is there any difference between the evap line from the 2000 Neon to the 2005 SRT-4 & what is it , because I'm just using the same line from the 2000 Neon ?

Well, I can say that you will have on extra evap line on your car leading from the tank to the engine bay that is not used anymore but i cant remember where it originally went.
