motor swap

I just got my 600 check from the government and I have a good friend that works at a junk yard. Hes going to sell me a 2.4 turbo pt motor for 400. all I need for this to work is to have the ecu thats coming with the motor and have it flashed and will the engine wiring harness from the pt work or do i need to snatch up an srt-4 wire harness since I have an 04 SXT? Thanks for the help guys.
