SKIM Understanding?

So I have an 01 R/T with a swapped 04 SRT pcm. Now from what I gather I CANNOT just have my srt pcm flashed to my neon vin, correct? Or will having my pcm flashed so all vins match up work? I do not have access to any of the other components on the SRT. What is the cheapest and fastest way to get my car up and running? BTW, I have an stage 0 pcm.

Wow why would you want to do that you don't have a turbo? so I not sure but I don't think it will work. the PCM will be looking for stuff that you won't have (I am not up on PCMS so that part of it we are lost )
The best thing is to find a dealer that would program the PCM if they will do it then ask if you can use it in your R/T GOOD LUCK

Actually I am doing an entire SRT swap. It would be stupid otherwise, lol. Thanks that was the answer I was looking for.

Okay... so your doing the SRT swap... Yes you can get the Skim Flashed to your car. Follow the link in my sig, directions I think are linked on page 3.
