i recently found a donar car and between sawping i wanted to know what all i should probably upgrade, look for that may be bad or clean or anything of the such. oh and i am also looking to possibly go stage one or two. where can i find them at and could i possibly "make" my own stage one or two? (bigger turbo, IC, and of course find a stage one or two computer)

what kind of car did you find? what kind of shape is it in? where/how is it wrecked? what do you want to swap over? what year is the donor car?
those are the only questions i can think of at this moment.

If you are planning on keeping the stock turbo for a while but still upgrading do the 02 housing while the engine is out... Anyone who has done a 3" 02 housing with the engine in the car knows what i'm talking about, you will end up in a real shitty mood and bloody hands

Basic things to upgrade while doing the swap.
Intake, exhaust.
Other less known things that would be beneficial to upgrade while apart is the Hot and Cold pipes, Intercooler and finally the turbo.
This is by no means an end all list.... just a quick jot of thoughts that come to mind.

Could not agree more with that statement. Thats one of the main things I upgraded when the motor was out since after pulling it out and looking at the heatshields I knew it'd be a PITA with the motor in the car. It was a little bit of a PITA with it out trying to fight the lower heat shield.

so upgrading the 3" o2 housing is a beotch then? lol yeah its a srt-4 motor, thought it would of been a giving since not many people swap the turbo pt motor or r/t as much as people swap the srt-4, sorry

yeah go with what everyone else said.
but on my opinion wouldnt it be easier to upgrade more inner parts like the clutch and just little things like that.

yeah i planned on cleaning the engine bay and maybe painting. but what i am also looking for is things i should be on the look out on the engine, although im sure since it was rear ended there "shouldnt" be anything wrong with it. i just dont want to swap it and then the engine is worthless. i want to get everything out of the way that i need to before i do this

ok it was rear ended... go ahead and do the engine, trans, axles, etc. viper style seats, back seats too: why not go for a uniform interior and do the door pannels too?
things I would NOT swap:
rear brakes. maybe i'm just bitter because mine were wrecked, but if you do, make sure they're in good shape and use as much of your old stuff as possible (wheel bearings, spindles, etc.)
...also: don't swap the exhaust. It was rear ended right? there's probably some major damage to it.
