hemi in a ptgt?

im not sure if this is the appropriate place for this but mods move if you feel necessary...

so i may have a lead on a motor for myself, but i first need find something out... does anyone know if a 392 hemi has been done or will fit in a ptgt and still look as stock as possible???

Dunno if there's a kit or how to but I have seen it done before. And I've seen a v10 truck pt cruiser.

search youtube and google. I was actually looking at a few earlier today.... It's been done but by no means easy. It looks like they all have custom fabricated subframes and suspension. There was one that looks pretty stock other than graphics.

Assuming you are referring to the A engine 392, it is easier to fit than a small block Chevy. ;)

Realy simple hollow out PT shell stick on any floor pan you like.
