How does one remove the rear seat? I got the trunk carpet out, and the rear seat cushion, I want to remove the seat backs, how does it come out?

See the 4 bolts at the base of the seat back? They're torx... take those out then lift the seat up a little and pull it forward, easy as that.

You'll need more than just a screwdriver haha... more like torx sockets

Torx 55 if i remember, like 2 or 3 dollars at autozone. Their is a guide on the ORG for rear speaker replacement, you will find your answer there.

or if you have a harbor tools near you go get a whole set for a few bucks....i love harbor tools

when I removed my rear seats and seat belts, I used tools from harbor....they have held up fine for me.

it was a joke. hand tools from there are pretty reliable, its the power tools that tend to take a shit.

i have a few power and air tools from harbor and they have all worked better than i expected....i got a cut off wheel that works quite well.....just dont use the disks from harbor cause they suck....

i didnt have to use the torx on mine. i undid the seat belt bolts and pulled!!!!lol

the seat belt bolts ARE torx.

if they have never been taken out before, you ened about a 2 to 3 foot breakover bar as well.

yup, T55, but if you ever want to put it back in don't make the mistake that i did.

i accidently trapped the seatbelts on either side behind the seat and bolted it down... yeah it gives the rear a much cleaner look, but when you're runnin with a full car, some people are picky and want a seatbelt
