Ive heard that its a very good idea to get lower rails when changing to performance seats, to lower your center of gravity. I know thats what i wanna do. where to find these aftermarket brackets, that i dont know... a question ive been meaning to ask, myself. A new seat (or pair if the funds are right) has been near the top of my list for months.

there is four bolts to each seat two in the back and two in the front remove them and then fold seats forward towars the dash and pull out. its that easy.
OB---- i have the brackets that corbeau makes and the seats fit and sits just like stock.

so say I wanted to get some sparco seats or any other brand. do i need their specific brackets or do the corbeau ones work for all aftermarket seats?

if you stay with the top brands for the most (that i know of ) works. But if your getting some type -r seats ummm yea that might be a challenge. Before you order contact the dealer directly and ask them for pics and measurements.
Dblsg--- thats what i had todo when i bought my TYPE-R seats from Matrix they dont fit no bracket and no one cares to help with this issues. you call the manufacture and they are like " Have a professional shop install them" like WTF????

Krack, if you wouldn't mind telling, where did you buy your brackets from. I fabricated a set using my stock sliders and some 1/4" steel, they're very heavy. I'd like to find a set. Thanks man
