Removing interior parts.

Ok so here is my delima....I hate having black interior but light grey pillars and head liner. So im going to change the head liner to black and the pillars im going to pa int silver to match my exterior. In doing this I also want to paint some silver accents into the car. The one main question I have, the storage area on the side of the door under the window switches...how does it remove? I want to paint it but I did a little feel around, and I did'nt feel any clips or anything. Anyone have an idea?

if you are refering to the map pockets on the side of the door, they dont come out, they are part of the door panels.

The headliner is fairly simple, but this might help you redo yer visors too.....

thanks evil, im deffintly going to re cover my visors. Im just debating on what else to do. I want to paint some accents in my car but I just dont know what to paint. I saw one guy's car who had his outline to the storage space on the side of his door painted..I want to do that as well. Oh yea, how long do you think it will take to do the visors and head liner?

I did mine in about 2 1/2 hours total.....While the headliner was drying, I did the visors......

I personally think the single best thing to paint is that peoce under your gauges. I have mine silver and love it, but I'm changing the rest back to black before summer comes around. Didn't quite come out the way I wanted it to.
