Light up gauges

I bought a set of Light up gauges for the cluster of my 2000 neon. I was wondering how hard it is to install them. Not the best with tools but not an idiot either
Can you be a littl bit more specific?
I thought the standard gauge cluster that comes with the car "lights up"?
Is this a replacement for those?...are these A pillar gauges?.. what kind of gauges and where do they mount?
