I just ordered the stock srt-4 boot pod and i need to know what size gauge this will take i plan on putting a voltage meter in there and any pics of this mounted and what needs to be done i know someone on here has done it witch is where i got the idea

Regular 2-1/16" gauge will work. Just watch out for the LED backlit gauges. They tend to be too deep to use in that pod.

I am using the 2 1/16" Autometer Phantom volt gauge and it fit perfectly.

I got mine on ebay for 30 shipped
any body have exact mount location so it matchs perfectly
and how would you hook this up and what power lines do I hook this to for an accurate reading

if its a volt gauge... you basically just hook up a positive and a negative. just splice into a wire that goes hot when the key is turned.

then you also have your lights... if you want it to light up when you turn your lights on or if you want it lit up at all times :D

so. Could run positive negitive to cig lighter even though I have a radar detector plugged in at all times and on then any suggestions where to splice the light wire so it comes In with cluster lights

on the HVAC panel there is a plug with an orange and an orange with a stripe. use that, orange = pos. my illumination did not work right until i did that.

as for where to pic up the signal, i can't remember if i used the radio power or the cig lighter. but either would work.
