rear view

Post by onewickedkid05 » Sun Jun 01, 2008 11:53 pm

ok so i went to the junkyard today and i found this rear view mirror that had lights on it. So i took the mirror and the wire that runs under the headliner down the driver side pillar and connects to a plug underneath the dash now when i got home i didnt have the connector under the dash.

Am i not looking in the right spot, or is there a way to just run the wires to a power source and a ground and do it that way?

not sure on the factor connection but giving it power is easy. you can run lines directly to the battery or tap into another source, like the radio or cig lighter. or take a look at the owners manual and see what fuse powers the lights and run it there.
