my guess is no, or at least not easily. I'd think it's run through the cars BCM, and the Neon doesn't have one as far as I know.

Yeah but could the right stuff be installed from a donor car... I mean some intrepids came with climate control and some came with standard... im sure the difference could be upgraded to the neon.. Just no clue on how

But it would be sick to have on a neon

While it would be cool to do it, the amount of work needed would be sizable.

The ATC uses electric motors to control the mode, blend, and defrost doors. Neons use cables attached to the control head. Nor do our HVAC units have any provisions to attach motors to the door pivot points.

There are other obstacles to overcome as well, but that is a good start.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...
