Did anyone find out how to fix the leak on passenger floor?
I have this leak that when it rains water is on my passenger floor. I noticed it dripping from the a/c box right under the passenger dash. It drips out of that little plastic plug.
This happens because of the water build up on the windshield cowl, and when you turn it goes into the plenum area and into the a/c box under the passenger dash and onto your floor.
I know I can close the that outside air flap by turning my hivac knob to recircultate but I want a permanent fix.
Has anyone fixed this problem, if so pics are a thousands words and tell me how you fixed it.
Thanks

Honestly, I haven't noticed it after I had a new windshield installed.

make sure that the cowl drains are not plugged, they like to fill with leaves and debris. They are located under the fenders, i cleaned mine out with a piece of stiff wire and a hose. They are probably plugged causing the water to over flow and go through the secondary drain under the dash. There should be a small rubber hose under the ds dash that goes from the cowl through the frame to the outside of the car in front of the door.

[/quote]Yup it definately needs to go lower. If its not scrapeing constantly why you are driving then its not low enough bro.

Been there, done that. But when I take the blower motor out, I can reach up inside the box where the heater core itself is, and I can feel leaves and debris. Im going to assume that has something to do with it. Kinda bothers me, no leak for 7 years, now the last 2 it leaks every time it rains moderately hard.
