Do you mean the lighting behind the cluster? Or perhaps a guage overlay?
Either way, there are options, especially for a color like blue. Crystal (lilsparkplug) has an amazing how-to to put blue led's behind the cluster. Its pretty cheap and looks awesome. The how-to is in her sig so just find one of her posts and click on the link.

Thanks Tam I was just coming in here to post that. Even though it shows an SRT cluster, you still use the same bulbs for the neon cluster.

ok sweet so all i have to do is put the new bulbs in and they will shine like that blue cause someone over at nasty neons said that i have to scratch some green film off or something?

The gauges have a blue film on it. The reason the stock cluster looks green is because of the yellow bulbs behind it mixing with the blue to create green.
If you want blue lights, you can get either white LEDs, or blue LEDs, because either one would shine through the blue film and look blue.
The only reason you would scratch of the film is if you want to go with a color besides green or blue. If you want purple / pink / red / orange / white / etc, you'd want to scratch off the blue film and get the custom color LED to shine through as it is.
