I found a listing on the local craigslist of a guy selling the front two for 600. They were dirty and "could use a good cleaning".

I shot him an email offering 450. Said no. I offered 500. He said no. Told him to fuck off and that he just lost 500 bucks and that I'll spend a little more and get some brides because no one is going to pay 600 for two stock fuckin seats.

Really? What have you seen? What have you PAID? Am I ridic for thinking they shouldn't cost 600?

I don't know what they are going for but I think that you made a very reasonable offer so he is a fool. Just my .02 worth.

i think that was a very fair offer, even though they are rare. heck you can buy a full set of regular srt seats for that price, and you were offering it for just 2. good job on telling that guy to f@!$ off.

Plus they were dirty. Tell his lazy ass to go scrub them and you'll give him $500.25.

I've seen full stock srt go for 450. Not real sure about ACR though.

No idea on ACR but I paid $600 back in '03 for the regular front SRT seats in the black car. Sounds really high now but they were hard to find back then.

$600 does sound kind of high but they are ACR with the embroidered ACR in them with harness slots so it's kind of iffy.

it may be a high price, but i don't see how that makes him a jackass etc.

I can buy harness slots cheap, and the ACR embroidery can be done to the stock cover...other than that they're NO different than stock Vipers. So yeah... a bit too high IMO.

Honestly, people on here think their Viper seats are worth their weight in gold. AKA $500+ for two... I kept an eye on eBay and happened to see a local parting an SRT and asked if he had the Vipers. I snatched fronts and rears for $350 and they are MINT. No stains, no tears. Patience was a virtue.

PS, buy the Vipers if you can and do the inserts yourself. Unless you find some better seats cheaper.

Idk. I've watched one or two pairs go for $900+ on the SRTForums. Dude on here has some that aren't in great shape, and he wants $500 OBO. It's hit and miss.

I'd say $600 is a good price for them, in good condition. If they're damaged or permanently stained, maybe a bit less. Bride seats are like $900 each.

Gonzo stole mine on ebay Worst part is he offered me more for them before the auction ended!!!) Greed got me, but I'm glad a forum member got a good deal on them... I sold them when I got my ACR Viper seats, I paid 320 for them and they are perfect.. but I did have to drive out to boston area to get them

Well, I was watching this auction for regular non-ACR srt seats, and it ended with a ~$800 bid with ~$150 for shipping!!!

I'm shocked man. I didn't know anyone would pay that much for em. I guess that gives you an idea that the deal you found locally isn't too bad.

tam- i was the one that had them at 250 for a couple of days. i was pissed when i say them for 300 but now that they are at 800 im ok with it. Darwinism right? if someone is dumb enough to pay that much for those then they don't deserve the money.

for the price people are paying for the damn stock srt seats i would just order a whole new leather interior. custom made for not much more

QFT. I got a pretty good deal on mine, but If I had the money I would have/would get them redone in dark red leather. Bimmer style.

$800 is by far the most ridiculous price I've seen stock SRT seats go for. I don't know why, but a few weeks ago, there were at least 5 auctions / BIN's on eBay going for like $300-400-500 for full sets.

I guess people just got desperate because I currently see no more seats on eBay.

Good thing I got mines for a good deal back when they were plentiful on eBay. lol
