There's a lot of bad advice in this thread. There are a few ways to fix it, Crystal's advice being the best way. Replace the panel, patch it, glue it, pull the cover off and stitch it. If you want it looking perfect, you'll have to replace that one panel.

What's the bad advice? It's VERY hard to sew leather/vinyl since it's so thick unless you have an industrial sewing machine. I asked my mom because I wanted her to make me new seat covers.
