Not I
I think I have a good foam choice, but I need the money for it first. I should be able to work on this again in a week or two.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

I have the armrest ready to go on. Need to find my staplegun now. Decided to leave the armrest normal.

Why not just use that spray adhesive if you dont have a staple gun? Would that work too?

I live in a very humid climate. Using the spray adhesive may not work. Using the staples would prevent it from peeling away from the plastic.

Borrowed a staple gun from the neighbor today. And those don't work and it is a good heavy duty stapler. Looks like I may just have to use the spray adhesive.

Looks pretty good, but doesn't look like you stretched the sides enough. More pics?

With the foam I used I stretched it as much as I could and still got it that way. That and the adhesive spray I used is really good.

Me either, I am trying to get that stretched out more to make it flat.

I had to heat up the sides with a hair dryer to pull it tighter.

As I said - much better. However after looking at it more, I really feel like it should be pulled even tighter, if that's even possible. Still looks good though.

Not even possible. It is pulled as far as I can.

Are you saying that there are excess leather material that you can't fit anymore under it?

Not with the thickness of foam I used. I took some of the foam from a stadium seat I had and used that. I had to cut it thin enough to stretch the material.

Anyone else install theirs yet? I'm interested to see someone who doesn't use any foam under theirs if you even can.

Well I paid for mines on the 3rd, and 10 days later, still waiting. Once it comes in, I'll try to get it installed quickly. It's funny how only one person has installed theirs so far. lol

Did you glue the cotton to the base and the leather to the cotton?

Interesting. I would think with cotton pads or cotton balls you'd have lumps when you place your arm on it.
